Location: Greensboro, NC
Our client is one of the largest and most stable firms in the Insurance industry. What they're seeking to become is one of the most leading-edge in terms of leveraging state of the art CTI/ Contact Center technologies.
They have embarked upon and you will participate in architecting, designing and developing this firms next generation of Contact Center technology further leveraging the Genesis suite, screen pops, providing transactional solutions and allowing their agents and reps a more fully featured solution set.
SERIOUS CANDIDATES MUST HAVE the following:
- 4+ years of applications design and development experience.
- CTI/ IVR background - REQUIRED
- Java/ J2EE development experience.
- API's, XML, SQL and database (Oracle or similar DBMS)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a Team!
Additional experience in the following would be huge!
- Genesis suite of tools for CTI and/or IVR.
- Struts, WebSphere, Java Script development experience.
- Previous familiarity with screen scraping.
