Job Type: Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
One of our clients, a global consumer goods company, has an immediate need for a talented Hyperion Professional. The successful candidate will provide their design and development skills to support to a growing suite of business intelligence applications for the Corporate Finance Group.
With a full slate of new project work and a planned upgrade to System 11, this individual will be responsible for:
- Meeting with key business stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Working with users and development staff to gather requirements and create solution design documents
- Collaborating with development team members to develop solutions to address the needs of the business
- Helping support existing applications and identify areas for system improvement/tuning as needed
All serious candidates must have:
- 2 or more years of Hyperion Essbase design and development experience.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability and problem solving skills.
- Experience with various aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Hyperion System 9 experience
- A collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented approach
Additional experience considered a plus
- Hyperion tools such as Hyperion Planning and Analytics
- Financial Reporting exposure and/or experience
- Thorough understanding and experience in working with various types of cubes.
