Our client is a leader in the Financial Services industry and is committed to leveraging leading-edge technologies for competitive advantage. As part of that commitment they are seeking an extremely talented Sr. Security Analyst (Security Architect) to lead the development, maintenance and support for all I.T. Security policies, procedures and standards across the enterprise.

Further you’ll have full responsibility for managing the Information Security Program Office as well as oversee all enterprise security initiatives and ensure successful completion and implementation. Additionally, you’ll direct the Incident Response Process, lead/ direct (with the Business Continuity Planning Dept) the corporations Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery efforts

This individual will be the focal point for leading all Information Security efforts across the organization. This role is highly visible, will engage with/ make presentations to the highest level of executives and manage large, cross functional project teams in a highly matrixed environment.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- 5+ years of Information Security experience to include; Risk Assessment, Metrics &
Reporting, Incident Response and Security Awareness.

- Expert level knowledge of Security Standards and Frameworks.

- Successfully develop and implement enterprise Information Security Policies,
Procedures and Standards as part of the overall InfoSec Roadmap.

- Proven track-record leading successful Security Programs and/ or a Information
Security Program Office (ISPO)

- CISA, CISSP certifications

- Background managing large, cross-functional, complex projects in a highly matrixed
environment.

- Exceptional verbal AND written communication and presentation skills (Required!)

- Bachelor’s degree

ADDITIONAL SKILLS A PLUS:

- Background leading Cybertrust Security Management Programs

- Financial Services industry experience

- MS or MBA degree
