Candidate Resources
I have worked with Dan Martineau and Martineau Recruiting
Technology for the past year. We had Dan and his group find
several senior developers for us. I have always found him to be
professional, dedicated and detailed. The reasons we chose to
work with him and his firm specifically are:
- They showed solid concern for finding the candidates that
others could not.
- There was consistent quality communication and feed back
concerning candidates.
- Their group took the time and resources to create solid
qualification tests to weed out non qualified candidates. They
worked with us on the questions asked to make sure the correct
skills were being queried.
- We did not have to waste time interviewing candidates that did
not match our prerequisites.
