- We do not send out resumes in a shotgun fashion, but
instead work on a confidential basis making research calls
on your behalf to provide a snapshot of the market place.
- We only present you to positions that meet your technical
& personal priorities.
- We prepare our candidates for all of the interviews no
matter if they are over the phone or in person.
- We work on a strictly confidential basis. Your name will
not be used to recruit others unless you recommend we talk
to them.
Since we will be working on your behalf, we first need you to
do some things to begin the process.
- Send us your resume (if not already in house).
- Sit down with your family and discuss your plans, i.e.,
relocation, job change, etc.
- Keep us informed about other job opportunities or
possibilities you are considering to prevent duplication of
effort.
- Provide timely feedback on the scheduling of interviews and
their outcome to ensure the process remains alive and
healthy.
- And one last thing ... Since we are respectful of your
confidentiality, please respect ours. Should you decide to
accept a position and leave, the agency that assisted you should
remain confidential as well.
